[horde] horde intall: builtin driver not found

If the Builtin driver can't be found, the Horde_SessionHandler package  
was either installed improperly or your PHP include path is not  
correct or possibly your Autoloader Cache is stale.

I would try reinstalling horde/Horde_SessionHandler package and  
restart your PHP server.
