[horde] Configuring authentication

When I'm setting up authentication, do I place user or user at domain.com
in the administrator box?
After I do the configuration, I can't even log on as a regular user. The
web page says 'The web page cannot be displayed'

You aren't a Horde admin user.  So *Horde* is throwing the error (this  
has nothing to do with file permissions).
