[horde] Upgraded From Horde GroupWare 4.0.7 to Horde GroupWare 5.1.2 - Preference Issues

Hello everyone -
 
I just made the upgrade from Horde GroupWare 4.0.7 to Horde GroupWare 5.1.2 today.  Was pretty simply with just doing the one command for the upgrade through pear.
 
Afterwards, I then logged in and updated the config files and pushed the button to upgrade the database schemas.
 
However, now I've got a few issues that have come up.  They all related to users setting their preferences.
 
I'll outline a few of them here to see if anyone can provide any assistance.
 
Preferences ->
 
Global Configuration ->
 
Locale & Time
 
Preferred Language and Current Time Zone drop-down boxes are completely empty.  You cannot choose anything here.
 
Categories & Labels
 
There is just a white screen with an error message with a fatal error - Missing or invalid type option for the categorymanagement preference.
 
Display Preferences
 
The drop down boxes for the default application upon login and selecting the color scheme are completely empty - so those cannot be set to choose the desired preferences.
 
Facebook Integration
 
A white screen with an error message with a fatal error - Missing or invalid type option for the facebookmanagement preference.  I have Facebook Integration disabled in the config so I would think that this option should actually be completely hidden.
 
Twitter Integration
 
Same as the above issue - fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the twittermanagement preference.  Again, this is disabled in the config and would think this option should be hid from view.
 
SyncML
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the syncmlmanagement preference.
 
ActiveSync:
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the activesyncmanagement preference.  ActiveSync has also been disabled since we are in the US and there are the patent issues.
 
Address Books - No problems in the preferences for this.
 
Calendars - No problems in the preferences for this.
 
Notes - No problems in the preferences for this.
 
Tasks - No problems in the preferences for this.
 
Mail ->
 
Personal Information
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the signature_html_select preference.
 
Share Folders
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the aclmanagement preference.
 
Saved Searches
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the searchesmanagement preference.
 
PGP
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the pgppublickey preference.
 
S/MIME
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the smimepublickey preference.
 
Address Books
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the sourceselect preference.
 
Mailbox Display
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the initialpageselect preference.
 
Composition
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the mailto_handler preference.
 
Drafts
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the draftsselect preference.
 
Stationary
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the stationerymanagement preference.
 
Deleting and Moving Messages
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the trashselect preference.
 
Spam Reporting
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the spamselect preference.
 
New Mail
 
Fatal error at the bottom of the page:  Missing or invalid type option for the newmail_soundselect preference.
 
Flags:
 
Fatal error:  Missing or invalid type option for the flagmanagement preference.
 
 
As you can see, there are a lot of fatal errors and a lot of the pages are not allowing any of the preferences to be changed.  Just looking for some guidance to see what can be done to potentially to fix these error issues.
