Looks like the device does not understand that it needs to  
reprovision. Status 142 tells the client that it needs to  
(re)provision with the server. The update to iOS 7 probably caused the  
client's stored policy key to disappear, but the client is not  
responding as it should to the provisioning response. Nothing Horde  
can do about that.
