[horde] left frame covering page

I apologize beforehand if this message made it already to the list. I just
did not see it coming through.

I am truing to configure Horde 5.1.4 webmail edition on a Debian 7 machine.

I have tried Firefox in both Windows and Linux as well as IE on Windows but
the left frame is partially covering the page making configuration
difficult.

Any ideas?
