[horde] Error calling the Horde configuration

Hi,

i have installed horde groupware on a windows 7 machine with php 5.3.5 and
pear with the pear installer. After installation i want to configure horde,
but i get the following error, if i call the configuration menue:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in
D:\WebServer\xampp\php\PEAR\Horde\Core\Db\Migration.php on line 91

The horde itself is installed in a subdomain and the physical path to the
subdomain is  D:\WebServer\xampp\webmail. I can call other menues, like user
or so without problems.
