[horde] Address book with LDAPs (636)

I have ever used Horde Groupware 5.1.1 but do not remember the version of
Turba, it working fine with Ldaps. However, when I apply the same
configuration to Turba on Horde Groupward 5.1.2, It show message Bind
failed: (-1) Can't contact LDAP server. Do we need to change something in
special to make it work on this version.
Note: I connect both version of Horde Groupware to the same LDAP server with
ssl port.
