[horde] Upgrading from horde 4

You have an error in one of your configuration files.  Delete all your  
local*.php files, ensure that all the default files are unaltered from  
the distribution, and try again.

You can also try to do something like 'php -l [config file]' to  
directly check for syntax errors.
