It means the server successfully processed the request. It doesn't say
anything about the content of the EAS protocol. These are OPTIONS and
PROVISION commands. My guess is that you have provisioning disabled.
Try setting it to "Force" or "Allow". WindowsMail clients seem to
require provisioning to pair with the server.
