[horde] Metar Weather Module - Manually Changing DB ?

Hi,
I have following the instructions on the Wiki for the Metar weather module

The tables are in the database, but when I try to edit the module, there is
no dropdown menu to add places.

I'm willing to add them manually to the database, but don't know to which
columns, and what in fact needs to be added.

The Wiki has a comment near the bottom that gives this URL..

http://weather.noaa.gov/tg/site.shtml

.. but I don't know what to download from there.

Any help much appreciated.
