[horde] active sync QUERY FAILED: Unknown column sync_mod in field list

If the schema status is not shown, then something is broken in your  
installation. In addition, there should be a list of framework  
packages on the config screen that shows the schema status as well.

This doesn't show any of the framework packages. Again, something is  
probably messed up in your installation.
