[horde] User settings are not stored

Dear list members and support staff,

It seems like our horde preference backend is broken/corrupt.

In the user settings form for common settings, the Languange and
Timezone can't be saved. There's no error message but the changes
won't be accepted. This fault behaviour applies for all users.

For some users we have the additional problem, that the signature
can't be stored. I don't know, whether these two problems are
connected but it seems so.

I also reported a bug: http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/12713 However, I  
was asked to use the mailing list to ask for support.
