[horde] Internet Explorer Compatibility View

[Brian Spraker]

I have tried it with internet explorer 9 and can reproduce the problem.  It pops up and shows a blank page.

However, I can right-click and view source and there is plenty of source information.  Would it be helpful if that is sent along?
