[horde] New horde install : Admin/config is blank page

Hello,

I've just made a fresh install of Horde by using pear. Then I want to finish the configuration into "admin/config" interface  but the page is blank.
So I  look at the logs : 

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /www/horde5/pear/php/Horde/Core/Db/Migration.php on line 91
