Most likely you're confused by the fact that the 'horde' framework is  
currently at version 5.1.5, but you also have the 'webmail' or  
'groupware' packages installed. If you have either of these installed,  
the version of these (which are currently at version 5.1.3) will be  
shown in the portal.
