Outlook 2013 should work "out of the box" active sync, older Outlook
with funambol plugin ( not tested with new horde versions )
thunderbird should work calendar with caldav and or webdav ics, abook
with tzpush, not tested Evolution but should work with
syncml,caldav,carddav ( you may have to setup syncevolution), Kde
kontact works with carddav

you must not use autodiscovery from horde , you can also use a custom
php script ( thats what i use ) or i.e http://automx.org/de/
