Correct, but you don't say what type of trouble you are having? What  
happens when you try to create the resource? You see the "+" sign next  
to the drop down title to click on, right?

The horde application is up to 5.1.5 currently. As far as your other  
apps, you can check the current versions at  
http://horde.org/apps/[appname] or simply check using PEAR.
