[horde] activesync with android 4.3: it works?

Check and (re)save the following prefs:

Prefs->Calendar->Default Calendar
Prefs->Calendar->Synchronization Prefs.

Set a "custom" logging type on Admin->Setup->Horde->ActiveSync and  
provide a path to a directory were logs for each device will be saved.
