[horde] activesync with android 4.3: it works?

Not really, no. The log shows the folder list being sent to the  
device, and the contacts being synched. I have no idea why the device  
is not asking for the calendar, or any of the email folders.   
Actually, I might have one idea, but it would only affect the email  
folders, and is fixed in the latest activesync package. You might try  
updating to see if it fixes things for you or not.
