I made the same observations on my site. I'm using Thunderbird 24.1.1, 
Lightning 2.6.3 and sogo-connector-24.0.1.
For testing purpose I switched back to Thunderbird 17.0.11, Lightning 
1.9.1 and sogo-connector-17.0.6 (on Windows). Voilà: I have all my 
addresses in Thunderbird's address book. :-)
