[horde] Problem with preferences backend

I've waited until I got the messages again and then looked through the 
logs to see whether something came up. Below is what I found. (Nothing 
in SQL logs.)

Excerpt from system logs:

* /var/www/fpm.log:

WARNING: [pool www] server reached max_children setting (4), consider 
raising it

(I cannot change the max_children setting as it is fixed by the managed 
hosting provider.)
