First of all, it's not a good idea to share username and password from 
your servers in public lists like this.

Second, you're gonna need to be more specific about the issue you're 
facing. "Can not get the mail" is too generic.

First you need check if your servers are working without horde. Then, 
the test.php scripts from horde modules is a good place to start making 
tests in order to see if things will work with horde.
