This looks like badly broken WBXML that your device is sending. This
line after the <FolderId> tag should be the id of the mailbox,
followed by a </FolderId> closing tag.
If you can provide a wiretrace so I can see exactly what is being sent
over the wire, I can look into it further, but other than that there
is not much else I can do since this is being sent from the client.
