[horde] Duplicate Entry SQL Error

Hi

I don't know how long this has been happening but investigating my
logs has thrown up a couple of errors I think I should better
understand.

2013-12-21T13:49:27+00:00 ERR: HORDE-BETA [horde] SQL QUERY FAILED:
Duplicate entry '{529e27e9-892c-4d25-8beb-4b7953aa4b6d}360' for key
'PRIMARY'

Is this fatal?  What's actually happening here?  I haven't seen any
negative consequences (this was before my recent issue which stops any
synching at all) - it is my account, so I would have noticed if there
was an issue with something.
