[horde] ActiveSync stops working after migration from mod_php to mod_proxy_fcgi and PHP-FPM

Can't say that it makes a huge difference, since I'm using it on a  
testing system with a low load. Switching to the event MPM however  
lowers the memory demands quite a bit, which what I was trying to  
achieve.
