[horde] [ingo] error viewing/editing sieve script with latest GIT

Hi list,

after upgrading from 5.1.6-git to 5.2.0-git on saturday i now have an 
error using ingo.
Whenever i click on the "Script" link or want to add/edit a rule and save 
it, i get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getInstance() on a non-object in /.../horde/ingo/lib/Storage/Forward.php on line 42

We use sieve as backend for ingo.
During the uprade i follwoed the steps in ingo/docs/UPGRADING:

I updated to configuration and removed:

     $conf['storage']['maxblacklist']
     $conf['storage']['maxwhitelist']

I executed:

     bin/ingo-admin-upgrade --task=backend_perms

output was:

     [  INFO  ] Upgrading permissions.
     [  INFO  ] DONE upgrading permissions.

Any hint how to fix or debug this?
