Is that of any help to find the place that needs fixing?

If i disable ActiveSync eMailsync, all clients can synchronize Calendar, 
Contacts, Tasks and Notes successfull.
If I enable ActiveSync eMailsync then nothing gets synched anymore and the 
log still shows:
