[horde] Horde Portal show blank page after ungrade

[sovannaroth]

It show blank pages without any summary. However, the users could add it
manually from the browser after login, but how to add some default summary
such as Mail, calendar, task, contact search to all users?

I could not find any error log, could you guide me some?
