[horde] Cannot get calendar over WebDAV or ical

Hi,
I'm not able to get access to calendars over WebDAV or ICS. I'm always
using the URL that is provided inside the Horde web interface.

When trying to access the calendar via Thunderbird over WebDAV I'm
getting the following messages in the Apache logs:

When I'm trying to access my calendar with the same URL with the web
browser, I'm getting the following:
