[horde] Horde_Db 2.1.0 trashed Installation

in horde/config/hooks.php:

in horde/config/prefs.local.php :

But the drop down list for the identity is empty and the following  
error is in the logs:

"/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Prefs/Ui.php"]

Any idea how to get this working (again)?
