confirmed
I also do not see the bug when I connect my Android to

confirmed
But, I DO see the bug when I download my ICS file and import

not testet, or at last i dont remember done it, but rereading my own bug
it did not apear with webdav ics sync method in lightning, but i couldnt
use it as workaround cause its to slow at sync with big calendars
The same goes for webdav. So the question is what

to my knowledge ,webdav ics should differ much form caldav and active
sync, cause with webdav ics the whole calendar is synced every time,
with caldav and active sync its the event diffs only, but to be honest i
am no expert in this.
there are old bug reports fixing equal bugs with webdav only
