[horde] Image preview doesn't work in HTML Composition.

I do have the same error.
Files is present in vfs storage backend.
No errors in apache, php or horde logs

Pictures is not shown under html compose.
No matter if i drop or use insert dialog.
Preview in dialog is "ipsum picture"
