[horde] Support for encoded header?

I think 'Search' doesn't work on encoded elements.

When subject line is like this

Subject: =?UTF-8?B?7IKw7JeF?=

And I want to search decoded actual string.

Can it be done?

And if it is possible,
then it also should able to deal with multiple encodings.

In Korea, We use both 'UTF-8' and 'EUC-KR'
(and maybe some other window encodings)

Is there any consideration on this?
