[horde] Can't synchronize older devices with ActiveSync-2.13.2

Looks like the same problem here. The Debug log show all devices with  
protocol version 14.1 and it looks like some devices are looping over  
the same data again and again. Where can i find the requested client  
version header? I could also send you a debug log from a affected  
device in private mail if it helps.
