[horde] Horde_Mime can't be downloaded

while i was installing horde on a new server the installation failed with:

Could not download from  
"http://pear.horde.org/get/Horde_Mime-2.3.0.tgz", cannot download  
"horde/Horde_Mime" (File  
http://pear.horde.org:80/get/Horde_Mime-2.3.0.tgz not valid (received:  
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
))

other files are working:
downloading Horde_Prefs-2.5.2.tgz ...
Starting to download Horde_Prefs-2.5.2.tgz (52,796 bytes)
...done: 52,796 bytes


when open the pear.horde.org site in browser and try to manually  
download the file the same message appears. this happens on 2  
computers with different internet connections

so there must be something broken on the pear channel
