[horde] Issues with using sql session_handler.

Currently, I get the following error when clicking "Click this box to add
the original message to the body".

At the bottom of the screen immediately after clicking that I receive the
message:

"Error when communication with the server"

The PHP error I receive:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getHeader() on a non-object in
/usr/share/horde/imp/lib/Compose.php on line 1994

If I switch to 'Builtin' it works just fine.

I don't see any issues with the database. This is working fine an older
version of horde on the same database server (different database).

Also, I noticed attachments aren't being attached when sending messages.

Any ideas?
