this doesn't have anything to do with Horde. Horde doesn't send 403
responses. This is something on your server. If you don't run a web app
firewall, then something else, like Apache rules.-- Jan SchneiderJan, thanks
for the help, I found the problem in my webmail.conf file. I added Allow
from "my IP" to allow access to the Administration>Configuration
page..Thanks for the help... leon# Deny access to files that are not served
directly by the webserver Order Deny,Allow Deny from all Allow from
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx leon
