[horde] Check for newer versions displays alpha version

I just PEAR upgrade'd my Horde installation, and then decided to check for
newer versions on the Administration/Configuration tab just to see if
database schemas or configurations needed an update. Everything seemed to
be up to date, except the Horde_Core 2.11.1 module had a newer version,
2.12.0alpha1 available.
Is this a desired behavior? Because I'm thinking that version checks should
preferably display stable updates only, maybe unless the administrator had
some opt-in to be advised of alpha or beta modules.
I'll admit, this isn't exactly a critical issue. :)
