Hi,

i've just updated to the latest git (pulled from github).

For now, i've discovered the following.

What is working:
- - Inbox is shown in the upper folder list as first entry
- - Inbox behaves the same as before all those namespace changes
- - ActiveSync is working again for my Inbox and other namespaces

What is not working (broken since the latest commits):
- - The "Drafts", "Templates", "Sent" and "Spam" folders are missing in the 
upper part of the folder list. Only my Inbox and the "Sent" folder from my 
second identity (points to another namespace) show up there.
- - No access to any subfolder of my Inbox. I get a red error box e.g.:
Could not open mailbox "horde".
Looks like the prepending namespace (INBOX.) is getting lost somewhere on 
the road. Normally the subfolders name should be "INBOX.horde" instead of 
only "horde".
I can access other namespaces and subfolders in there just fine. Only 
subfolders of the INBOX namespace are not working.
The same holds true for ActiveSync. I can sync and access my Inbox and 
other namespaces but all subfolders of the INBOX namespace are just empty.

Maybe the missing folders in the upper part of the folder list is just a 
result of the access error due to the missing prepending INBOX.?
