[horde] Use of activeSync and calendar in horde 5.2 beta 2

Shared, local calendars can be synchronized via ActiveSync if ALL of  
the following are true:

1) The user has write access to the calendar
2) Multiple calendar support is activated in the user prefs.
3) The client actually supports multiple calendars.
