[horde] Spaces in hyperlinks

I cannot confirm this. I just sent a html email with the hyperlink you 
posted from Thunderbird to my horde account (Horde deployment (horde 
5.1.6 , imp 6.1.7)) and the anchor tag was just fine.

I also sent a html email from IMP to IMP and the anchor tag was rendered ok.

Maybe your problem is not horde related.
