[horde] Now I cant get to admin pages (solved)

I had to get jan's commit to Migration.php on git to get past this one.

/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Db/Migration.php
was coursing a fatal error.

I found a commit to git from Jan to this file. so all is fine now.

BTW: Why isn't this in pear now?
