[horde] Turba 4.2.0 schema upgrade

Hi Horders, great work again, really nice new features in Groupware 5.2.0!

Upgrade without problems, despite one error with the schema upgrade for 
turba:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 
'Axxxxx.bxxxx at xyz.de' for key 'rampage_users_user_name'

I looked into the database and found (uppercase) duplicate entries in 
turba_shares which I deleted.

In rampage_users.user_name I couldn't find anything. Any idea?
