Seems right..
How about your horde webdirs is permissions in order there to.
has "other" rights to X "Drivers" dir. if not webserver wont be able to get
access.
Else, all I can se is that something is blocking you.
Or perhaps something isn't loaded at the right time.
But i think that would give you another error message.
