[horde] 2 Problems after update to Groupware 5.2.0

Hello,

1. In Mobile/Smartphoneview Application "Mail" is not working. When i  
click Mail in the Menu (points to /#mailbox?mbox=SU5CT1g)
the Browser loads and i get back to the menu, not to inbox. All other  
applications work in mobile view, and mail also works in dynamic view.  
I see nothing unusual in debug-log, see below.

Any hints?

2. when replying to html-mails composed with outlook all special chars  
get scrambled like:

I have tested from different outlook-installations, problem exists  
reproducable. No problemes with mails from other mailers like  
thunderbird or webmailers.
