[horde] New tags system does not work with syncml categories

Using the most recent stable versions of horde and co, I can no longer
get categories to work with (synthesis on android kitkat) syncml
clients. I realise that horde switched to tags model and this is perhaps
a result of that move. But there should be a way to translate tags into
categories, so I suppose this is fixable? Any ideas how to fix this at
least temporarily?
