[horde] Setting up clients for remote calendar

I'm looking for assistance to set up a shared calendar trough Horde in a 
SOHO, we are actually working with the webmail and it is working well 
together with the Kronolith calendar application. we are able to 
access/share/modified calendars trough the webmail app. The problem is 
that we are not able to set up any of the CalDav clients as Thunderbird
or mobile terminals.

The actual problem is when I set up a new Caldav calendar with the 
addressers given in the horde aplication it appears a dialogue box 
asking for user name and password, I introduce my email account as I do 
with the webmail and my password, but the dialogue ask again and again. 
It seems that the users and passwords for the calendar and address books 
are not setted or are different than the webmail.

The website has been setted with Plesk. What are the users and pass for 
the calendar?
