[horde] Tasks Appearing on Horde from one phone but not another

Interesting.

I just added a task, set to go off at 12.  It didn't appear on my Horde web
calendar, but as soon as the deadline arrived, it pinged on my iPhone, and
magically appeared on the web calendar.
