[horde] Horde 5,2 can't send email...

My address is not missing the domain part, but I still get this error.
Don't know how to fix this.  Google searches only seem to suggest that
this could be an ActiveSYNC problem, but I'm not using ActiveSYNC.
What causes this error in IMP and how do you fix it?
