[horde] Error sending email from iPhone saving to Sent

My wife received an email today, reading on iOS 7 through Horde  
ActiveSync. She then tried to forward to me (same domain) and iOS  
popped up an error saying "Cannot Send Mail The message was rejected  
by the server".

Now the message was actually successfully delivered to my inbox OK,  
but was not saved to Katie's Sent folder. She replied to the same  
email to the sender, and it sent OK and saved to Sent OK. It's just  
the forward to me that fails. Every time...

Logs:

Maillog on the cyrus server indicates nothing out of the ordinary. 250  
Mail OK. Successfully delivered.

An IMAP debug log shows one line that looks odd:

The client for some reason appears to be sending an empty line...

This does not happen when she is replying normally to me, so I suspect  
that it is something odd about the message that is causing a hiccup  
somewhere down the line.

I have the full IMAP log if that helps, but would rather not post in  
full here.

Any ideas?
